• plumbing and heating in the apartments, wiring in the apartments by points, plastering of the walls in the apartments, floor screed in the apartments have been completed;
• facade works are underway;
• plastering walls and laying tiles on the floor are completed by 60% in the common use areas;
• door installation is in progress;
• gas boiler room equipment installation and installation of a gas pipeline to it has started;
• preparation for connection to city communications continues;
• the tower crane was dismantled.
