• plastering of surfaces continues (16-19 floors);
• completed screed of apartments and corridors (4-5 floors);
• laying of electrical communications (floors 3-22) has been completed;
• completely ready fire safety system;
• ready water supply to apartments (4-14 floors);
• Internet cables are laid in the apartments; all apartments are connected to the intercom system
