THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" (LVIV) CONSTRUCTION: OCTOBER 2023

The traditional monthly report from the construction site of the Shchaslyvyi residential complex (Lviv) is to your attention.

During the last time, the builders have performed the following works:

•concreting part of the floor slab and parapet in the underground parking lot;

•installation of window moldings, doors of public usage doors, railings of cold transitions and stairwells;

•arrangement of the wet facade of the ceilings on the first floor;

•arrangement of gas riser pipes in apartments;

•masonry of cellars in the basement.

Some of these works are still ongoing. It is also planned to start:

•preparatory works for the installation of elevators;

•back filling with sand around the house;

•preparatory works for the decoration of the public usage places.
