REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: NOVEMBER 2024

Please find below the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• concreting of the floor slab over the basement in 1-2 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements of columns and walls of the first floor in 2-3 sections;

• installation of horizontal formwork under the floor slab above the ground floor in 2-3 sections (70% complete);

• concreting of several columns in the basement in 4 sections;

• concreting of the foundation slab in 4 sections;

• digging a pit for 5-6 and intermediate sections (90% complete);

• concreting the foundation for the second tower crane.

Further types of work include:

• completion of formwork for the floor slab above the first floor in 2-3 sections;

• concreting of the floor slab over the first floor in 2-3 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements of column walls in 2-3 sections;

• installation of formwork for the floor slab over the basement in 4 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements of columns and walls in the basement of 4 sections;

• completion of excavation for 5-6 and intermediate sections;

• pouring concrete preparation in sections 5-6 and intermediate section;

• installation of formwork and tying of reinforcement of the foundation slab for section 6.
