REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: MARCH 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• insulation of the roof with extruded polystyrene foam in sections 2-3;

• pouring of a sloped screed on the roof in sections 2-3;

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof in section 4;

• masonry work on walls and partitions of floors 3-4 in sections 5-6;

• masonry work on ventilation and chimney ducts of floors 3-5 in sections 5-6;

• installation of vertical sewer risers K1 and K2 in sections 5-6.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• roof insulation with extruded polystyrene foam;

• pouring of a sloped screed on the roof;

• plastering work (section 2).

Section 4

• roof insulation with extruded polystyrene foam;

• pouring a sloped screed on the roof.

Sections 5 and 6

• construction of walls and partitions on floors 5-6;

• construction of ventilation and chimney ducts on floors 6-8.

Other types of work

• reconnecting residents of apartment buildings surrounding the construction site to a new transformers substation;

pouring the foundation slab, vertical elements, and floor slabs for the second phase of the underground parking lot.
