REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: JULY 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Section 1

• installation of the horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the basement has been completed;

• concreting of the floor slab above the basement;

• concreting of the vertical elements of the first floor (95% complete);

• installation of the horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the first floor has begun.

Section 2

• plastering of walls on floors 2-5;

• installation of window frames on floors 6-7;

• glazing of window frames;

vdrilling holes for gas risers on floors 2-7.

Section 3

• waterproofing of the roof with a PVC membrane has been completed;

• installation of window frames on the 6th and 7th floors;

• glazing of window frames;

• installation of cold-water and heating pipes has begun on floors 1-5;

• drilling of holes for gas risers on floors 2-7.

Section 4

• plastering the walls of the stairwell leading from the 1st floor to the underground parking garage;

• plastering the walls in the elevator lobby in the underground parking garage;

• laying cold water and heating pipes in the apartments on floors 5-7;

• installation of window frames on floors 6-7;

• glazing of window frames;

• drilling holes for gas risers on floors 2-7.

Intermediate section

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof.

Sections 5 and 6

• the masonry work on the walls and partitions on the 7th floor has been completed;

• masonry work on the walls and partitions on the 8th floor (90% complete);

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of PVC membrane on the roof (45% complete);

• installation of horizontal sewer lines from the undergroung parking lot pits.

Other types of work

• concreting the vertical elements of the underground parking lot under the courtyard;

• drilling holes on the balconies to install drainage systems;

• building walls in the parking lot in the fourth and intermediate sections.

Further works include:

Section 1

• installation of horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the first floor;

• pouring concrete for the floor slab above the first floor;

• pouring concrete for the vertical elements of the second floor.

Sections 2

• plastering the walls on floors 6-7;

• installation of window frames and glazing;

• installation of cold-water and heating pipes on floors 2-5.

Section 3

• installation of window frames and glazing;

• plastering of walls on floors 6-7;

• installation of cold-water and heating pipes on floors 5-7.

Section 4

• installation of cement-sand screed in apartments on floors 2-5.

Intermediate section

• roof insulation using extruded polystyrene foam;

• installation of a sloped screed on the roof;

• roof waterproofing using a PVC membrane.

Sections 5 and 6

• construction of walls and partitions on the 8th floor and in the stairwell on the roof;

• waterproofing of the roof with a PVC membrane;

• installation of reinforced concrete chimney caps.

Other types of work

• installation of a reinforced concrete sloped roof slab over the underground parking lot.
