REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: JULY 2025
We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.
The following stages have been completed in full or in part:
Sections 2 and 3
• concreting of floor slabs above the 7th floor;
• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 4th and 5th floors;
• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on the 5th floor;
• installation of sewage system (section 3).
Section 4
• concreting of vertical elements of the 6th floor;
• concreting of the floor slab above the 6th floor;
• preparatory work and start of masonry work on ventilation and chimney ducts on the 1st floor;
• installation of sewage system.
Intermediate section
• concreting of vertical elements of the 2nd floor;
• concreting of the floor slab above the 2nd floor;
• concreting of parapets;
• concreting of the ramp at the parking lot exit.
Section 6
• concreting the ramp at the parking lot exit;
• backfilling the excavation pits around the walls;
• vertical waterproofing of basement walls.
Transformation substation
• concreting the floor and installing embedded parts.
Further works include:

• concreting vertical elements on the roof;
• bricklaying walls of 5-6 floors;
• bricklaying ventilation and chimney ducts of 5-7 floors.
Section 4
• concreting of vertical elements on the 7th floor;
• concreting of the floor slab above the 7th floor;
• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 1st and 2nd floors;
• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on the 2nd to 4th floors.
Sections 5 and 6
• concreting of vertical elements of the 1st floor.
Transformation substation
• bricklaying.
Underground parking lot
• excavation of a pit for part of the parking lot in the inner courtyard of the residential complex.
