REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: FEBRUARY 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• installation of vertical sewer risers K1 and K2 and vertical water riser B1 in Section 4;

• brickwork for the ventilation and chimney ducts from the 1st floor to the roof in Section 4;

• brickwork for the ventilation and chimney ducts on the roof of Section 4;

• installation of vertical sewer riser K1 and vertical water riser B1 from the 1st to the 8th floor in Section 5;

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 3rd and 4th floors in Sections 5 and 6;

• excavation of the foundation pit for the second phase of the parking lot.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• installation of roof insulation;

• pouring of a sloped screed on the roof.

Section 4

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof.

Sections 5 and 6

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on floors 3-6;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on floors 3-6;

• installation of vertical sewer riser K2 (Section 5);

• installation of vertical sewer risers K1 and K2 (Section 6).

Other types of work

• preparation of the concrete base for the foundation slab of the parking lot’s second phase;

• reinforcement tying and concrete pouring for the foundation slab of the parking lot’s second phase.
