NEWS DIGEST FROM THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI PLATINUM" CONSTRUCTION

The elite residential complex "Shchaslyvyi" PLATINUM, located in the business center of Lviv, is now confidently and quickly approaching its full readiness. Here more specifically about the work done so far.

There are a number of project elements that are fully completed:

• plumbing and heating in apartments;
• wiring in apartments in points;
• plaster walls in apartments;
• floor screed in apartments.

Work on the facade has also progressed significantly. The base of the ventilated facade is 90% finished, and the mineral wool insulation of the wet facade is completed by 70%. In public areas, plastering walls and laying tiles on the floor are completed by 60%. The doors  from the 3rd to the 16th floor are being installed now; the installation is more than half completed.

The house is actively preparing to join the city's communications systems. Work on laying sewerage networks has begun. At the same time, both water supply and drainage systems are also in operation. The external pipeline system is in the initial stages of construction, which corresponds to the general construction plan and deadlines.

By the way, a tower crane, which performed most of the work in the early stages associated with the RC frame construction, has already been dismantled.
