CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" PLATINUM: MARCH DIGEST

The business class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi" PLATINUM  is a project that is nearing completion. Teams of specialists continue to work on the final elements of the RC, completing its appearance.

The house is currently undergoing the following layer of work:

• the installation of galvanized balcony railings has begun;
• the facade on several sides of the building has been already decorated with decorative plaster, which adds sophistication to the exterior of the building;
• on the ground floor, where the Silpo supermarket will be located in the commercial premises, the installation of stained glass windows continues;
• from the side of Chornovola Avenue the installation of subsystems for hanging ceramic-granite has already begun.

Some segments of work have recently been completed:

• masonry of pantries on the 23rd floor and in the basement;

• finishing of elevator passages on 3-22 floors.

As for the infrastructure, lighting in the underground parking lot is underway.
