CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX “SHCHASLYVYI” (LVIV): SEPTEMBER 2024

We are pleased to present an update from the construction site of the RC “Shchaslyvyi” (Lviv) in Bihova Street.

Among the works that have been completed in full or in part:

• concreting of the bowl for the fountain;

• finishing of the floor and walls of the basement corridors has been completed;

• installation of equipment for domestic and fire pumping stations in the building has been completed;

• cold water pipelines were laid to the premises of the 1st floor;

• installation of doors in the basement to the pump room, electrical room, and fan room;

• landscaping works along the building to the entrance to the hall and from the end of the building;

• tiling of the facade of the 1st floor has been completed;

• finishing of the hall, installation of mailboxes;

• hanging bars in the places of installation of fire valves;

• cleaning of the premises of the public usage places and the hall.

The next planned stages of work include:

• improvement works: sidewalk around the building, extension of the road behind the building;

• installation of smoke removal, ventilation, and air supply fans on the roof;

• waterproofing works in the fountain bowl, laying of networks to the fountain;

• installation of floor numbering in elevator halls and stairwells;

• installation of decorations in the lobby;

• installation of fire system equipment.
