CONSTRUCTION OF THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" (LVIV): SEPTEMBER 2023

A new month - a new report from the construction site of the residential complex  "Shchaslyvyi" (Lviv).

Builders performed the following works during the last time:

・concreting of the floor slab above the parking lot;

・pouring screed on 3-5 floors;

・drilling holes for gas risers in apartments;

・arrangement of the wet facade on the chimneys and roof (completed);

・production of blanks for laying gas pipes in apartments;

・arrangement of window drains;

・arrangement of a wet facade on cold transitions - gluing of mineral wool;

・laying of power electric cables from the transformer substation to switchboards of the 3rd building.

The following works are ongoing (or will be started in the near future):

・concreting of parking lot columns and installation of formwork under the floor slab above the parking lot;

・arrangement of screed on 1-2 floors;

・production of blanks for gas pipelines in apartments;

・arrangement of a wet facade on cold transitions - application of decorative plaster;

・arrangement of railings of balconies of cold passages;

・installation of entrance doors on cold passages;

・continuation of work on arranging external window ebbs;

・installation of ventilation grills on chimneys and roofs;

・continuation of the brickwork of cellars in the basement.
