CONSTRUCTION OF THE RC SHCHASLYVYI (LVIV): REPORT ON NOVEMBER AND PLAN FOR DECEMBER

Construction of the III phase of the residential complex Shchaslyvyi, located in Bihova street, Lviv, continues at a good pace. In particular, builders performed the following works during the previous month:

•plastering works on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 11th floors;

•wet facade arrangement;

•ventilated facade arrangement;

•rolling of heating and cold water pipes on the 9th, 10th, 13th floors;

•arrangement of chimney caps on the roof.

In December, the masters will be engaged in:

•wet facade arrangement: mineral wool installation, its fastening and reinforcement (if weather conditions permit);

•ventilated facade arrangement: installation of composite panels and arrangement of the subsystem between the axes;

•plastering works completion (1st floor, stairwells);

•chimney covers arrangement;

•plumbing works on rolling heating and cold water pipes (if weather conditions allow);

•roof sealing works completion;

•the beginning of parapet covers on the roof arrangement.
