CONSTRUCTION OF THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" (LVIV): MARCH 2024

We are pleased to present an update from the construction site of the Shchaslyvyi residential complex in Lviv, located in Bihova Street.

The following works have been completed:

・insulation of the house basement and sanding of the car park and the house;

・tiling of the floor in the public usage places (floors 4, 5, 8, 9);

・applying decorative plaster to the walls of the public usage places (10-17 floors);

・installation of inspection hatches on water closets and low-voltage points;

・installation of a passenger elevator;

・installation of the Armstrong suspended ceiling frame (12-17 floors);

・installation of power supply cables for fire systems (fire panels, manual alarm button, ・・in-apartment smoke detectors).

The next planned stages of work include:

・waterproofing of the car park walls;

・installation of a thyroid membrane on the basement of the house, sanding around the house to the bottom of the landscaping pie;

・installation of gas meters, gas supply to the system;

・tiling the floors of the public usage places (4-9 floors);

・puttying of the walls in the public usage places (3-7 floors);

・applying decorative plaster to the walls of the public usage places (8-9 floors);

・installation of window sills in the stairwell;

・installation of power cables for fire systems in the building (6-13 floors);

・installation of doors to commercial premises on the 1st floor;

・installation of electrical networks inside the building;

・installation of the Armstrong ceiling subsystem (8-11 floors).
