ABOUT THE LAST WORK PERFORMED ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" PLATINUM

Work continues in the residential complex "Shchaslyvyi" PLATINUM. The construction team completes various aspects of the project. So it is worth talking more detailed about the progress of construction in recent weeks.

The facade of the house is a key element of the exterior of the RC. And it is ready for 70% in the residential complex "Shchaslyvyi" PLATINUM now. This means that the teams of specialists implementing this element of the project are moving to the last stage of work, which is planned to be completed in the near future.

Also for the last month the following works have been completed:

• Installation of door boxes. This is the first stage of door installation, and it is completed 100% on all floors.
• Laying tiles in common areas, such as corridors, etc. This type of work has to be completed only on the stairwells.

Also the final stage of finishing ceilings and walls has begun in public places. Teams of specialists working on the building are able to keep a high pace, thanks to which the work on flue ventilation is already underway on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the installation of elevators will be completed by the end of this month. There will be three elevators in total - for even better comfort of residents, who will not have to wait for the opportunity to climb to their floor, and it will be easier to transport things too.
