2022 RESULTS FROM THE COMPANY NOVABUDOVA

We traditionally sum up at the end of each year. And we still have reasons for restrained optimism despite the war, because the most important thing is that we continue to fulfill our obligations to our customers.

The construction of the final III phase of the residential complex Shchaslyvyi (Lviv) is underway in Lviv. Also, we commissioned an underground parking lot in the 2nd house in this residential complex. And, our masters also built a road near the complex on the side of Trakt Glynyanskyi Street to make it comfortable to leave the residential complex and return.

The sale of apartments in the RC Shchaslyvyi PLATINUM, our other residential complex in Lviv, was completed in 2022. Each apartment has its own happy owner now. However, if you want to buy your own parking space or commercial premises (with a large terrace as a gift) in this residential complex, you still have time to make such a New Year's gift for yourself!

The construction of our residential complex Crystal Avenue will continue in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Kyiv region, in 2022. We would like to remind you that three out of five phases of this residential complex have already been commissioned. In particular, this year the owners of apartments in the residential complex II house have received ownership rights. The second part of the underground parking lot in the building in 9-A, Oksamytova street has been commissioned in the past year.

The good news in 2022 was the obtaining of a permit to carry out work on a new facility in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka in 3-A, Yabluneva street. This address is well known to the investors of the NovaBudova company, because another residential object from NovaBudova is located nearby - the residential complex Shchaslyvyi.

Our company also tried to help those who needed help the most in view of the war. In particular, the association of public and charitable organizations “Ukraine. Let's help.” was launched with the support of Yevgeny Savochka, the general director of the company NovaBudova, in 2022. This association has provided humanitarian aid (hygiene products, food, clothing, medicines) to many Ukrainians, including residents of our housing estates in Sofiyivska and Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, as well as the Armed Forces, military hospitals, and civilian hospitals.

Dear friends, the passing year seemed to be the most difficult in the recent history of Ukraine. However, our nation is strong in spirit and never gives up! May the next year be the year of our victory (and it cannot be otherwise with our valiant warriors).
