REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: MAY 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Sections 2 and 3

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) of the 6th floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 6th floor;

• concreting of staircases from the 1st to the 3rd floor (section 2);

• concreting of staircases from the 1st to the 7th floor (section 3);

• masonry of the walls of the 2nd floor (95% complete);

• masonry of the walls of the 3rd floor (40% complete);

• masonry of ventilation units of the 2nd floor (40% complete).

Section 4

• concreting the floor slab over the 3rd floor;

• concreting the vertical elements of the 4th floor;

• concreting the floor slab over the 4th floor;

• concreting the vertical elements of the 5th floor (40% complete).

Intermediate section

• concreting of vertical elements of the 1st floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 1st floor;

• concreting of vertical elements of the 2nd floor (30% complete);

• concreting of the staircase from the basement to the 1st floor.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting beams for the floor slab over the basement (section 5);

• concreting vertical elements of the basement;

• installation of formwork and tying reinforcement for the floor slab over the basement.

Transformation substation

• arrangement of the foundation from the SFB(solid foundation blocks);

• vertical waterproofing of the walls of the basement (2-4 sections);

• backfilling of the pit sinuses around the walls of 2-4 sections (50% complete).

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• concreting of vertical elements of the 7th floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 7th floor;

• partial concreting of vertical elements of the roof;

• masonry of walls of the 3rd and 4th floors;

• masonry of ventilation and smoke ducts up to the 6th floor;

• concreting of the staircase (2nd section).

Section 4

• concreting of vertical elements of the 5th and 6th floors;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 6th floor;

• concreting of the staircase of the 1st-5th floors.

Intermediate section

• concreting of vertical elements of the 2nd floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 2nd floor.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting the floor slab over the basement;

• concreting the ramp;

• concreting the vertical elements of the 1st floor.

Transformation substation

• concreting the reinforcement belt along the foundation;

• laying walls and arranging the ceiling.
